The launching of Human Capital Development Blueprint 2021-2025 was held during the Jabatan Pambangunan Sumber Manusia (JPSM) Sabah 35th Anniversary Celebration on 21st July, at Hilton Hotel, Kota Kinabalu. The study of the human capital development blueprint is first of its kind for Sabah and the project was undertaken by IDS. The report was presented by Richard T. Koh, IDS Chief Research Officer, to YB Datuk Dr. Haji Mohd Arifin bin Datuk Haji Mohd. Arif, Minister of Science, Technology & Innovation Sabah (KSTI). Also present were Datuk Zainudin bin Aman, the Permanent Secretary of KSTI and Puan Dg. Norsiah binti Hj. Ag. Duraman, Director of JPSM and IDS delegates.
