The International Arbitration Colloquium 2023 Sabah Edition titled “State Sovereignty and Immunity in Commercial Arbitration” was held at SICC Kota Kinabalu, Kinabatangan III. YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji bin Haji Noor (Chief Minister of Sabah) officiated the event and delivered keynote address. The welcoming remarks was delivered by YBhg. Dato’ Sri Khairul Dzaimee bin Daud (Director General, Legal Affairs Division, Prime Minister’s Department) followed by opening remarks by YB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman Said (Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, Law & Institutional Reform) and closing remarks by YB Senator Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Anifah bin Aman
