Delegates from the George Town Institute of Open and Advanced Studies (GIOAS), a nonprofit institute which is part of the Wawasan Open University in George Town, Penang, paid a visit to IDS on January 31, 2023, at Wisma IDS, Kota Kinabalu. The delegates led by Tan Sri Andrew Sheng were greeted by IDS Chairperson Datuk Adeline Leong and IDS CEO Datuk Ts. Dr. Ramzah Dambul. IDS’s Board of Directors and Management team were also present.
